Yesterday i downloaded the new version of the link, this is the 3rd version i have downloaded since buying the q10 on launch i can never seem to sync anything on my phone, i have always had the "connection error" message and hoped every time i updated versions it would fix the issue but does not. For the past year there has been an undercurrent in the blackberry user community regarding problems with windows 10 and the blackberry link application intended to allow connections, sync, backup, restore, etc. between blackberry 10 smartphones and windows pcs. in the past month or so, the number of such problems reported has increased greatly..
